The coffee machine from hell

Looks innocent doesn't it? But looks can deceive!

Yesterday morning I got up and went into Sully to get the necessary stuff for breakfast, including of course coffee.

When I got back I tried for about twenty minutes to get coffee from this bastard. All to no avail. It looks easy enough: you lift the cover, pull the little tray forward, insert a capsule, put the tray back, pull the cover down and flip the lever at top to the right for warm coffee.

The light goes from red to green and the pump starts to pump. And pump. But no coffee. Even after several minutes!

In the end I gave up and made myself a cup of grey coffee using one of the Sensei pads we've bought, assuming that we'll be encountering a couple more of these during our travels.

When Astrid got up, she had a bit more luck though the coffee really just dropped slowly into the cup. Her second try, however, was a complete success!☕☕☕☕☕

I think I'll stick to repairing punctures!😃
